Updated CFOT Scoreboard




We've updated the CFOT scoreboard as of today, March 6. You'll find the standings for men and women on the right side of the page.

Are there any trends you've noticed after the first 4 workouts? Do you see someone poised to make a move up or down the standings?

Missing a workout inflicts a nasty toll on those point scores. Glad I chose to sit this one out. Who knows how far in the red I would be.

Is there some other Joe P besides me? If not, those must be attendance points, because I haven't had a sniff of the scores I've seen.

Joe,

We updated the scoring format.

You get one point for doing the workout, two points if you do the workout as prescribed.

I think you've had two workouts as rx'd, two workouts completed.

That brings you to a total of 6 points.

-6? I missed a workout, did one not as Rx'd, and 2 as Rx'd. That should be -5 + 1 + 2 + 2 = 0.
